As well as playing countless weddings over the years, most of us have had experience in planning our own. We’ve scoured the app store and put together a list of apps that will help your big day run smoothly and take away some of the stresses that come with planning a wedding.

Not a fan of apps? Check out our post on wedding planning where you can download and print our paper wedding planning checklist.

So, here we go…

The Knot

Available on both the app store and play store, The Knot has everything you could wish for in one handy app. Appointment reminders, vison boards, timelines plus so much more!

The Bride Book

It’s FREE! You can search for suppliers, keep tabs on your budget and your guest list.

Pinterest

Ok, so not technically a wedding planning app. However, Pinterest is great for inspiration, if you’ve never used it before you’ll become hooked. Create different boards for flowers, dresses etc. to refer back to when it comes to booking suppliers.

Top Table Planner

Arrange your seating plan in minutes. This app is user friendly, drag and drop your guests into position and away you go. This app comes with a cost, but you can get a free trial and is available to us across any device.

Etsy

Once you’ve set up your inspiration boards, Etsy is the perfect place to find bespoke, unusual and quirky pieces to set your wedding apart. They have everything you could think of for your big day, and of course all handmade.

If you’re looking to book a world-class function band to compliment your big day look no further. Monotones are a well-established wedding and function group. Every member of Monotones has multiple years of experience in the industry. Whether you’re looking for an acoustic line-up for an intimate reception or a full-throttle party band Monotones are the number one choice. Check out our packages here.
